Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY OF GOODS.

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days as all of the oil products and creams are made to order to ensure complete freshness. Other hydrotherapy hardware products often come from Europe or have to be specially made to order, in which case delivery will be within 10 to 14 working days.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED GOODS.

If you receive damaged goods please contact us as soon as possible in order to get a replacement, repair or full refund. Please return the goods unopened in their original packaging. We ask that this be completed within the normal 14 days.

In the case of the Hydro-bath or a mattress system, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept a return, if it has already been used. It must be returned in its original packaging and unused.

U.K.POSTING AND PACKAGING.

At present all orders are charged at £3.95 across the U.K. unless they are heavier item such as Hydro-baths in which case delivery is usually £10.00 Inc packaging.

We are intending to supply Rise and Recline chairs and Adjustable beds.

These products are made to order and will be delivered under our own supervision as they have to be properly installed and tested to the customers satisfaction.

PAYMENTS

All normal private sale transactions are expected to have been paid in full before delivery takes place unless you are a Nursing Home or Institution where normal monthly trading practise has been arranged.
